Steve Ferman – President and CEO 1988 – present
Steven Ferman is a nationally-recognized figure in the areas of managed network infrastructure, security, data protection and Virtual Hosted Cloud solutions, especially as it pertains to the legal, financial and professional services communities. He is frequently quoted in IT World, the CPA Technology Advisor, Channel Insider and other publications. Steve has been a speaker and panelist at many industry summits including the MSP Alliance; MSP Mentors; the New York Software Industry Association; and the Financial Managers Society, to name a few. He has also been listed as one of the Top 250 Entrepreneurs Shaping the Managed Services Industry and Top 100 Managed Service Providers many years running, and is northern New Jersey's top-listed firm. Compunite is also a Microsoft Certified Partner, recently recognized as one of their "Top 5% Performers" in the Northeast U.S.

Steve has over 30 years in the IT space and is certified as a Certified Network Engineer, Citrix Certified (CCSP), and MCP. Prior to creating and launching Compunite, Steve was a computer center manager for Radio Shack Computer Center. He served in the United States Marine Corp from 1979-1983 as a Top Secret Communications Specialist with NATO clearance.
Rocco Corage – Vice President of Business Development 2009 – present
Rocco Corage leads the operations of Client Services, Marketing & Sales. Mr. Corage, prior to Compunite, performed a host of different management roles as Regional, General & District Managers for national companies focused on technology consulting, SaaS based solutions and Telecommunications.
His professional career started with wireless solutions and has been balanced between Technology, Business Development, Sales and Operations for the last 14 years. He has successfully managed sales groups and vendor programs within AT&T Wireless, T-Mobile USA and ADP (among others) and, led groups to consistent year-over-year growth.
As Vice President of Business Development for Compunite, Rocco Corage is responsible for the development and execution of advertising strategy, sourcing, negotiating and implementing cloud based and offline business opportunities and strategic relationships. In addition, he also participates in analyzing and validating emerging technologies, trends in the SaaS, PaaS, DRaaS, HaaS markets and driving the business model and strategic direction of the company through affiliation, advertising, promotions development and distribution agreements.
